You are welcome to worship with us at Epiphany on Sunday mornings. Whether attending our 8:30 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. service , visitors are warmly welcomed.
Wednesday Worship
On the first Wednesday of each month, some of us have been gathering to share a meal, to learn and to worship together. This has proven to be an opportunity to get to know one another, to learn and to grow in faith. A couple of hours on a weeknight may seem like a small benefit for us in our Christian life. However, it’s in places just like this that God promises to do His most amazing work.
The same God who can make a piece of bread and a sip of wine the body & blood of Jesus, to nourish our faith, promises to renew our minds. The same God who can make a bowl of water and some spoken words join a person to the life, death and resurrection of Christ, promises to renew our minds.
Why not give our “First Wednesday,” this February 3rd, a try. We will meet at 6:00 PM for a delicious meal. Over dinner, and until 7:30, Pastor Nathan will lead a brief study on worship. There will be a nursery available. After class, at 7:30 PM, we will gather together for a brief worship service. We’ll be done by 8:00 PM, so that with renewed. minds, we may go out into the world to serve the Lord.

“Was ist das?,” “What does this mean?” asks Martin Luther about the articles of the Apostles’ Creed in the catechisms he wrote for children and their parents. We say the Apostles’ Creed almost every week in worship, but what do these words mean for us each day?
Join Pastor John, Pastor Carlson and Pastor Nathan on the Wednesday evenings of Lent as we ask these questions once again at 6:45 PM in classroom 6 before worship. Please call the church office (770-483-6222) if you are interested, so that we can be sure to have enough books.
Our evenings will begin at 6:00 PM with a soup and sandwich supper served in our fellowship hall followed by our Lenten class at 6:45 PM. Our worship will begin at 7:30 PM in our sanctuary. Our services should conclude by 8:00 PM. Please come and join us.
