We will convene on Sunday, December 10th immediately following the 10:00 AM performance of “A Ceremony of Carols” presented by the choirs and soloists of Epiphany Lutheran Church and First Presbyterian Church, Covington. Â
 We will be electing 6 new council members, reviewing and approving our 2018 Budget and other business.  Please plan to attend!
This past Monday we met with Wayne Fell, the Director of Evangelism and Mission with the Southeastern Synod, to discuss the possibility of partnering with 5-10 other ELCA Lutheran churches to listen to God, listen to each other, and listen to our community, in an effort to re-vitalize our ministry.
But we need the vote of the congregation to move forward with this process.
Please read over these two documents before the congregational meeting this Sunday, December 10th to understand from a general overview the program and the commitment involved. We will have a short presentation at the meeting with a time for questions before we ask for a vote from the congregation.
This is an exciting opportunity to explore together what God has in store for us and who we might be a part of it.
