Join us for our once a year clean up day! The weather looks very promising. There is a 30% chance of rain starting about 3 p.m. but since our work day starts at 9 a.m. and ends at noon, it should miss us.
We have a number of projects such as cleaning the retention pond, cutting down some small trees near the retention pond, cutting up some downed trees, moving brush and limbs to the burn pile, trimming some small shrubs, pulling weeds and other mundane projects. We could use two or three chain saws, a gas powered hedge trimmer and loppers to cut thicker shrub branches. A list of projects to be completed will be taped to the door of the maintenance building.
